The recommended time is 12 months in advance, but not required. The minimum time though is 30 days, but that is if I have an opening.

To guarantee a booking date, I ask for a non-refundable deposit which will be applied to your final payment due day of shoot. If you choose to cancel, you will not receive that deposit back.
Weddings/events require a 10% deposit depending on what package you choose.
Other photo sessions require 1/2 down.
Contact me for more details, as each booking is different and unique.

I accept cash, check or credit card (small surcharge with credit card payment) I also accept payment through PayPal.
Your session must be paid in full before you receive access to your online gallery.

It is not always necessary to have a second photographer, as I have shot over 25 weddings solo, but if absolutely necessary, I do have other photographers that I have worked with other photographers and would gladly add one to any package for an extra $40./hour.

It really all depends on the wedding!
I have shot many weddings solo, however sometimes I will bring my assistant along at no extra cost depending on the circumstances.

I specialize in storytelling photography (a journalistic approach) therefore I do not offer video productions, however I do know and have worked with cinematographers who specialize in wedding video production and I would be happy to give you a good recommendation!

It all depends on who you want in your family photos and how many are in your wedding party, as I will be happy to discuss this further with you to help you incorporate a timeline.
An average size wedding with immediate family usually takes 2 hours. Please contact me for more details as each wedding is unique and requires a good plan with a good timeline that I will help you with.

I don't require that you have one, however I do highly recommend you hire one that will help the flow of your wedding run smoothly.
I DO require that you have an assistant that knows each family you want in your photos that I will work with during the family portraits. Please contact me for further details and instructions regarding this.

You certainly may, although 8 hours is plenty of time for me to capture your day as it unfolds, you will get great storytelling images from getting ready, ceremony, reception and even some family and wedding party photos!
However, if you decide to choose more time that day or before hand, extra time after the 8 hour package is $50./hr. paid day of.

You are investing in high quality, creative detailed and storytelling work of mine. You will be getting the best service I can give you, helping you feel comfortable, at ease and as stress free as possible. I will capture details, candid shots, formal shots and more. After the day of capturing your wedding, I sit down and spend hours and hours sorting and editing each individual photo to make sure you get the best of the best images of your day. When I'm finished, they will be uploaded to a private online gallery for you to view for up to one year and you have the option of ordering prints and more directly from your online gallery! You can also share this with your friends so they can see and order as well! If you choose not to order through us, you will automatically be receiving a print release form. If you want to purchase your images on flash drive for safe keeping, you may do so for a small fee.

Typical turnaround time for wedding photos is 4-6 weeks.
Typical turnaround for portraits is 2-4 weeks.

We offer great deals on professional prints which you can order directly from your online gallery! However, you do not have to order straight through us, you will receive a print release form which means you will be able to order prints elsewhere, although we highly recommend ordering prints from a quality professional printing company.. color variations and quality will vary with some companies.

Absolutely yes! I would love to be your personal paparazzi in any location. I will even take some extra pictures the entire trip, as to add to your package at no extra cost! (some of those pictures end up being the ones people frame or hang on their wall!)
Travel expenses and accommodations will apply as well as a 1/2 down non-refundable deposit.
